Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (International Sales) to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the events industry, a proven track record in handling international markets, and a strategic mindset for expanding business opportunities across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, with a strong focus on the UK & Dubai Region. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and grow client bases in target territories.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the events industry, driving revenue and profitability. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth.
- Event Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver innovative event solutions that meet client needs. Provide insights on client preferences to optimize event offerings.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline management, and market insights. Use data to track KPIs, forecast revenue, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and project management teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of the events industry, including trends, challenges, and client expectations.
- Proven experience in international sales, with expertise in managing clients from the UK & Dubai market.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 6–8 years of experience in business development or international sales within the events industry.
- Existing network and knowledge of the UK market are essential.
