Rewards Program

FLO is a unique rewards program that comes with unmatched benefits and amazing discounts. Through this program, IA-Meetings endeavors to reward and thank its loyal customers for patronizing our business and engaging IA-Meetings for their conferences and events. Members earn and accumulate reward points for each conference booked with us, and these points may be redeemed for discounts on future conferences & events in India and outside India.

The reward points are available to all our clients who book their events/conferences with IA-Meetings. The FLO reward points are based on the total value of the services provided by IA-Meetings for a particular conference or event.

The clients will earn one reward point for every 200 rupees spent (exclusive of taxes). One reward point will be equal to one rupee.

As a member of the FLO rewards program, you are eligible to redeem the reward points when you book your next conference with us. To redeem your reward points, you may write to us at bhanuyadav@ia-meetings.com.

• Reward points can be redeemed up to a maximum of 50% value of the transaction.
• The reward points are valid for a lifetime.
• Reward points will be automatically added to your account within (72) hours of the final transaction.
• Reward points are registered to an organization, or account and they cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual or account for any commercial purpose.
• There are no participation or membership fees associated with this FLO rewards program.
• The reward points accrued in connection with the FLO rewards program are promotional, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• In addition, the redemption of reward points accrued in connection with the FLO reward program cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts that apply to the rewards for which you are redeeming such reward points, unless otherwise expressly indicated by IA-Meetings.
• Disputes if any shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Gurugram only.

Attitude Events Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change or modify these terms of use or any policy, FAQs, or guidelines about FLO Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and its sole discretion.

Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.ia-meetings.com.
