Scope of the Role

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships during the life cycle of assigned projects. The role primarily focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they receive high-quality service.

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan, coordinate, manage, and execute large-scale conferences for clients from inception to completion within timelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create and manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Identify and negotiate with vendors and suppliers related to events, catering, AV equipment, and venue space.
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, operations, web development teams) to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to any problems that may arise.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to offer additional services or products that could benefit the client and contribute to their and the organization’s success.
  • Facilitate the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects are in place and functioning as needed.
  • Regularly interact with clients, respond to their queries in real time, and apprise them of progress.
  • Conduct post-evaluation to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in client servicing within the event industry, with market knowledge and proven experience in a relevant role.

Compensation

8-12 lakhs per annum
