Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with 3-4 years of experience to support our HR department in daily tasks, including recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient HR function, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements for document management.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other necessary HR documentation.
- Onboarding and Induction:
- Conduct employee onboarding sessions, including introducing company policies, benefits, and culture.
- Coordinate with IT and administration for setting up workspace, email accounts, and other resources for new hires.
- Manage employee induction programs, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Employee Engagement and Support:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Administrative Support:
- Support HR team with daily tasks and administrative duties, ensuring efficient operation of HR processes.
- Assist in managing HR databases, attendance tracking, and other HR systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, documentation, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
