Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with 3-4 years of experience to support our HR department in daily tasks, including recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient HR function, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
    • Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements for document management.
    • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other necessary HR documentation.
  • Onboarding and Induction:
    • Conduct employee onboarding sessions, including introducing company policies, benefits, and culture.
    • Coordinate with IT and administration for setting up workspace, email accounts, and other resources for new hires.
    • Manage employee induction programs, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Employee Engagement and Support:
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Support HR team with daily tasks and administrative duties, ensuring efficient operation of HR processes.
    • Assist in managing HR databases, attendance tracking, and other HR systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
