Amit Saroj is a conference specialist with over 25 years of experience in the meetings industry. A, commerce graduate from Delhi University, he started his career in sales and marketing in the hospitality sector. He founded Indiattitude in 2000 with a vision to build a leading conference-organizing company in India. Presently, he continues to lead and inspire the team to follow the core values referred to as the language of Indiattitude. He oversees the development goals of people, infrastructure, and technology in the organization.

Bhanu Yadav, a graduate of Delhi University, is a seasoned professional with over 15 years in the MICE industry, specializing in sales, marketing, and operations. As Director of Sales at IA-Meetings, where she has contributed since 2009, she oversees comprehensive business development and spearheads business with associations, NGOs, and international organizations.

She drives her team toward achieving ambitious sales goals and enhancing profitability, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless operations across all events and conferences.

Bhanu has been instrumental in the success of IA-Meetings in expanding to other countries, especially Singapore, and now spearheads international business growth and operations.

She is passionate about delivering outstanding service and fostering a positive work environment. She aspires to make IA-Meetings a leader in the meetings industry and the best workplace for her team.

Amit Katoch is a postgraduate with a Master's in Tourism Administration. He has been working with IA-Meetings since 2021 and has more than 15 years of experience in MICE companies like ICE, Thomas Cook, Cox & Kings, and FCM Travel. He is experienced in almost all operational aspects, including planning, managing, and executing conferences, exhibitions, events, incentive tours, and meetings.

At present, he is responsible for end-to-end Operations Service Delivery under the capacity of Director of Operations.

Pooja Menon has completed her Master’s Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Vatel International Business School in Nimes, France. She has years of banquet management experience at Hyatt Regency Guam, USA. She brings with her a wealth of experience in sales, marketing research, and managing international client visits during her tenure as Guest Relations Coordinator at Ciber Inc., Bangalore. She has been working with IA-Meetings since July 2015.

Currently, she takes care of Business Development in Bangalore.

An experienced office administration professional having strong & demonstrated capabilities in holding responsibilities & working objectively, rationally & ethically with sustainability in both corporate setup & development sector. He has expertise in General Office Administration, Facilities Management, Procurement & Contracting, Vendor Development & Management, Event & Travel Logistics & Ground Transportation arrangements and also Store Keeping & Inventory Management. Has good experience in managing multi-branch locations & offices setup at locations Pan India. He is adept at Team Building, Leading and Managing Team to it's best potential. Currently he is serving as Manager - Procurement & Administration at IA Meetings and is leading the Admin functions of the organization along with taking care of the Procurement for the organization in compliance with the procurement policies and procedures and in line with and organization's goals & objectives.

Vinay is the heart of creativity at IA-Meetings with an exposure in diverse fields of the communication industry, namely Advertising, Events, and Digital, having more than 25 years of experience. He has designed for several Product Launches, Promotions, Conferences, Exhibition Stalls, Collaterals (logo, brochures, trophies, catalogs, backdrops, banners, hoardings), and much more.

He specializes in understanding the client’s theme and developing a concept that best suits their needs. His strength lies in creative and innovative thinking to create interactive designs while keeping abreast of emerging technologies.

Pooja Mattey is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of global experience in industries like technology, education, finance, and events management. Holding a postgraduate degree in International Business Administration from the University of North Alabama, she currently serves as Senior HR Manager at IA Meetings.

Specializing in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and Policy Implementation, Pooja has successfully led recruitment for mid-to-senior roles, developed KPI-driven performance systems, and conducted impactful employee development programs. Her global experience enables her to navigate diverse business environments and align HR practices with organizational goals effectively.

Kunal Goenka is a Chartered Accountant with 16 ⁺ years of overall experience.He is also a Company Secretary & Bachelor of Commerce .He has previously worked with MNC's namely PWC,EY,INFOSYS LIMITED & STANDARD CHARTERED BANK. He is experienced in almost all financial aspects including planning, managing and handling Finances, Accounting & Auditing. At present he is responsible for end-to-end Finance Operations under the capacity of Finance Head at IA-Meetings.
